Work Experience. Some teacher might have a limited amount of experience while others might be highly experienced. Some teachers that have a limited amount of time spent in the industry, but have made a name for themselves, while other have spent a longer time working in the industry. Teachers might have different amount of projects that they’ve worked on which may be of different nature, such as short film, television production or feature film. There are many ways to develop film or other type experience while working in film, including by working in multiple department and positions.
Knowledge of profession/specialty. Teachers should have a large enough amount of knowledge and experience on the specialty taught. The experience should be of quality and have been tested in the field. For some specialties, teacher should have the proper schooling or training.
